Sewer & Drains
What is hydro jetting and do I need it?
Hydro jetting clears a drain or sewer line with high-pressure water that scours the full diameter of the pipe, removing grease, sludge, and root debris that a basic snake only punches a hole through. It's the deeper clean for stubborn or recurring blockages.
You likely need it if clogs keep coming back after routine snaking, if grease buildup is the culprit, or if a camera shows the pipe walls are coated. For a one-off, simple clog, a standard cleaning is usually enough.
Because jetting is powerful, we typically camera the line first to confirm the pipe is sound enough to jet — that keeps the work safe for older, more fragile pipes.
