Licensed Plumber

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Licensed Plumber to perform residential and/or commercial plumbing service, repair, and installation work. This role requires strong technical competency, code compliance, and the ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, fixtures, and appliances
  • Perform service calls, remodel work, and new installations as assigned
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and local plumbing codes
  • Ensure all work meets local, state, and national plumbing codes
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, solutions, and pricing
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
  • Accurately document work performed and materials used
  • Participate in on-call or emergency service rotations as required

Qualifications

  • Valid plumbing license (state or local, as required)
  • 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience (varies by license level)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces

  • Experience with remodels or service plumbing

Sewer & Drain Technician

Job Summary

We are hiring a Sewer & Drain Technician to specialize in drain cleaning, sewer rodding, mainline clearing, hydro-jetting, and camera inspections. This role focuses on diagnosing and resolving drain and sewer issues efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform sewer rodding, snaking, and drain cleaning for residential and commercial clients
  • Operate sewer cameras and locate blockages or line defects
  • Perform hydro-jetting when required
  • Diagnose causes of recurring drain or sewer issues
  • Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly to customers
  • Maintain drain equipment, cameras, and service vehicles
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean job site
  • Document work completed and recommendations made

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of drain cleaning or sewer experience preferred
  • Experience with sewer machines, cable equipment, and cameras
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in wet, dirty, or confined environments
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment (75+ lbs with assistance)

Preferred

  • Hydro-jetting experience
  • Knowledge of sewer repair or lining (CIPP)
  • Plumbing background or license (not required for many roles)
